The following terms and conditions apply to projects undertaken by Noble Book Publishers
1.Introduction
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing services provided by Noble Publishers
(“we,” “us,” “our”). By engaging with us or using our services, you (“Author” or “Client”) agree
to these Terms and Conditions.
Please read the following terms carefully before proceeding with any service.
2. Service Agreement
Services offered include, but are not limited to, editing, formatting, book cover design, book
proposal writing, printing, distribution, marketing, and other publishing-related services.
By signing or electronically agreeing to the Service Agreement, the Client agrees to pay all
applicable fees and adhere to the conditions of service.
3. Fees and Payment
A detailed breakdown of service fees, payment schedules, and due dates will be provided within
the Service Agreement. Payment is typically due in installments or upfront based on the scope of
work.
Late payments may incur penalties or delays in service delivery. Noble Publishers reserves the
right to suspend or cancel services in cases of non-payment.
All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the specific Service Agreement.
4. author's right and ownership
The Author retains the copyright of the manuscript and any original works submitted for
publication unless stated otherwise in a separate agreement.
For ghostwriting, co-authoring, or collaborative projects, ownership rights may differ based on
the negotiated contract terms.
Noble Publishers may request the right to display the cover, title, and excerpts from the
Author’s work for marketing or promotional purposes, subject to the Author’s consent.
5. editing and proofreading
Noble Publishers provides a range of editorial services, from developmental editing to
proofreading. The Author agrees that Noble Publishers will make suggestions and changes to
enhance the quality of the manuscript.
While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that the manuscript will be free of all
errors after editing.
6. book design and formatting
The Author may choose to provide specific requirements for book design and formatting, or Noble
Publishers will apply standard industry practices.
Revisions to the book design are limited to three rounds unless stated otherwise in the Service
Agreement. Additional revisions may incur fees.
7. printing and distribution
Noble Publishers offers print and digital distribution options. The details of the distribution
channels, including royalties and payment schedules, will be included in the Service Agreement.
For physical book printing, the Author will have the option to review a print proof. Once
approved, any reprints or corrections are the responsibility of the Author.
Noble Publishers does not guarantee sales or specific distribution outcomes but commits to
pursuing effective distribution channels.
8. marketing and promotion
Marketing services may include social media campaigns, email marketing, press releases, website
design, and more, as outlined in the Service Agreement.
Noble Publishers does not guarantee specific results or sales from marketing activities but
ensures the application of best practices in promoting the Author’s book.
9. refund and cancellation policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to review based on the completed
services to date.
Some services may not be eligible for a refund if partially or fully completed, as specified in
the Service Agreement.
The Author may cancel services at any time but may be subject to cancellation fees or penalties
as outlined in the Service Agreement.
10. limitation of liability
Noble Publishers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
related to the services provided, including but not limited to lost profits, damages, or data
loss.
Noble Publishers’s liability for any claim, whether in contract or tort, shall not exceed the
fees paid by the Author for the specific services that gave rise to the claim.
11. confidentiality and privacy
Noble Publishers will maintain the confidentiality of all unpublished works and personal
information shared by the Author. Any sharing of information will be conducted according to
applicable privacy laws.
The Author agrees not to disclose confidential information related to the terms of their Service
Agreement or any proprietary information provided by Noble Publishers.
12. termination of services
Either party may terminate services if the other party breaches any terms of the Service
Agreement. The terminating party must provide written notice, and the other party has 14 days to
address and rectify the breach.
Upon termination, Noble Publishers reserves the right to withhold any work completed if payment
terms have not been fully met by the Author.
13. force majeure
Noble Publishers shall not be liable for any delay or failure in service delivery due to
unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural
disasters, labor strikes, or pandemics.
14. amendments to terms
Noble Publishers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on our website. The Author
is encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
15. dispute resolution and governing law
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation. If
