The following terms and conditions apply to projects undertaken by Noble Book Publishers

    1.Introduction

  • This document outlines the terms and conditions governing services provided by Noble Publishers (“we,” “us,” “our”). By engaging with us or using our services, you (“Author” or “Client”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • Please read the following terms carefully before proceeding with any service.

    2. Service Agreement

  • Services offered include, but are not limited to, editing, formatting, book cover design, book proposal writing, printing, distribution, marketing, and other publishing-related services.
  • By signing or electronically agreeing to the Service Agreement, the Client agrees to pay all applicable fees and adhere to the conditions of service.

    3. Fees and Payment

  • A detailed breakdown of service fees, payment schedules, and due dates will be provided within the Service Agreement. Payment is typically due in installments or upfront based on the scope of work.
  • Late payments may incur penalties or delays in service delivery. Noble Publishers reserves the right to suspend or cancel services in cases of non-payment.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the specific Service Agreement.

    4. author's right and ownership

  • The Author retains the copyright of the manuscript and any original works submitted for publication unless stated otherwise in a separate agreement.
  • For ghostwriting, co-authoring, or collaborative projects, ownership rights may differ based on the negotiated contract terms.
  • Noble Publishers may request the right to display the cover, title, and excerpts from the Author’s work for marketing or promotional purposes, subject to the Author’s consent.

    5. editing and proofreading

  • Noble Publishers provides a range of editorial services, from developmental editing to proofreading. The Author agrees that Noble Publishers will make suggestions and changes to enhance the quality of the manuscript.
  • While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that the manuscript will be free of all errors after editing.

    6. book design and formatting

  • The Author may choose to provide specific requirements for book design and formatting, or Noble Publishers will apply standard industry practices.
  • Revisions to the book design are limited to three rounds unless stated otherwise in the Service Agreement. Additional revisions may incur fees.

    7. printing and distribution

  • Noble Publishers offers print and digital distribution options. The details of the distribution channels, including royalties and payment schedules, will be included in the Service Agreement.
  • For physical book printing, the Author will have the option to review a print proof. Once approved, any reprints or corrections are the responsibility of the Author.
  • Noble Publishers does not guarantee sales or specific distribution outcomes but commits to pursuing effective distribution channels.

    8. marketing and promotion

  • Marketing services may include social media campaigns, email marketing, press releases, website design, and more, as outlined in the Service Agreement.
  • Noble Publishers does not guarantee specific results or sales from marketing activities but ensures the application of best practices in promoting the Author’s book.

    9. refund and cancellation policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to review based on the completed services to date.
  • Some services may not be eligible for a refund if partially or fully completed, as specified in the Service Agreement.
  • The Author may cancel services at any time but may be subject to cancellation fees or penalties as outlined in the Service Agreement.

    10. limitation of liability

  • Noble Publishers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the services provided, including but not limited to lost profits, damages, or data loss.
  • Noble Publishers’s liability for any claim, whether in contract or tort, shall not exceed the fees paid by the Author for the specific services that gave rise to the claim.

    11. confidentiality and privacy

  • Noble Publishers will maintain the confidentiality of all unpublished works and personal information shared by the Author. Any sharing of information will be conducted according to applicable privacy laws.
  • The Author agrees not to disclose confidential information related to the terms of their Service Agreement or any proprietary information provided by Noble Publishers.

    12. termination of services

  • Either party may terminate services if the other party breaches any terms of the Service Agreement. The terminating party must provide written notice, and the other party has 14 days to address and rectify the breach.
  • Upon termination, Noble Publishers reserves the right to withhold any work completed if payment terms have not been fully met by the Author.

    13. force majeure

  • Noble Publishers shall not be liable for any delay or failure in service delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, or pandemics.

    14. amendments to terms

  • Noble Publishers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on our website. The Author is encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

    15. dispute resolution and governing law

  • In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute may proceed to arbitration or legal action in a court located within the company’s jurisdiction.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction in which Noble Publishers is registered.

  • These Terms and Conditions are effective as of December 22, 2025
